Position: Manager Finishing (Knits-Apparel)
Qualifications: Must be a graduate or Textile Engineer
Experience: 10 to 12 years in Apparel finishing
Location: Faisalabad
As the Manager Finishing (Knits-Apparel) at AZ Apparel, you will oversee the finishing process of sewn garments to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect garments for defects, ensure proper stitching, trimming loose threads, and check for overall garment quality.
- Manage all aspects of the finishing process related to sewing, including pressing, trimming, hemming, and labeling, to ensure efficient and timely completion of orders.
- Lead and manage a team of finishing technicians, sewing operators, and support staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
