Position: Executive Internal Audit
As an Executive Internal Audit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our retail operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervision and Coordination: Overseeing a team of auditors to conduct stock counts of retail outlets, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company guidelines. Coordinating and scheduling audit assignments to ensure timely completion.
- Financial Integrity: Conducting cash counts according to established procedures to guarantee the integrity of financial transactions and mitigate risks of discrepancies.
- Analysis and Reporting: Collaborating with the team to assess store excellence points, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans. Analyzing audit findings, preparing comprehensive reports, and presenting insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Inventory Management: Identifying and validating damaged goods discovered during inventory audits, ensuring accurate stock management and minimizing losses.
- Compliance and Training: Staying updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to audits and stock management. Providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to the audit team to foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicating with store managers and relevant stakeholders to address concerns, facilitate smooth audit processes, and drive operational excellence.
Qualification, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree recognized by HEC.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in conducting audits, stock counts, and managing teams, preferably in a retail environment.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
