Job Description: Shan is a leading brand in the food industry, known for its quality products and commitment to flavor excellence. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Lead and manage a sales team to drive results and meet sales goals.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop plans to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
  • Ensure efficient distribution and availability of Shan products in the area.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in sales and leadership roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including an understanding of market dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
