Key Responsibilities:
- Complaint Resolution: Efficiently resolve complaints related to Cash Management Systems (CSM) and Automated Teller Machines (ATM) within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Installation: Handle the installation of ATMs and CSMs with precision and attention to detail.
- Troubleshooting: Execute precise troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Provide thorough root cause analysis for all assigned tasks, ensuring a deep understanding of the issues and their solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit analytical reports and documentation to your line manager, ensuring that all technical work is well-documented and communicated.
Desired Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and expertise in handling electrical equipment, particularly in the context of ATMs and CSMs.
- Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to work professionally, including the flexibility to work off-hours or extended hours as required by the job.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: Fresh graduates up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
