Job Description: As a Customer Care Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your duties will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their concerns in a courteous and timely manner.

  • Handling customer complaints and escalations professionally and effectively.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
