Job Description: As a Purchase Executive at Kamal Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying vendors, negotiating contracts, and processing purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of goods and services. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to build supplier relationships will be critical to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify vendors and suppliers to fulfill the company’s procurement needs.
2. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing and conditions.
3. Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions efficiently.
4. Generate detailed price comparative statements to aid in decision-making.
5. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and supplier information.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in procurement.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, proficiency in MS Office and procurement software, knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, attention to detail, and familiarity with legal requirements and regulations related to procurement.
