Position Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategy in alignment with the overall organizational strategy. You will be responsible for developing HR policies and procedures that align with our HR strategies and streamline all HR functions, including recruitment, operations, talent management, and compensation. Moreover, you will partner with senior management to facilitate cultural change within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain HR policies and procedures that support HR strategies and ensure legal compliance.
- HR Function Streamlining: Oversee and optimize all HR functions, including recruitment, operations, talent management, and compensation, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Change Management: Collaborate with senior management to drive cultural change initiatives that align with the company’s values and mission.
- Talent Management: Implement talent management programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Employee Relations: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering a culture of open communication.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes to assess and improve employee performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Budget Management: Manage the HR budget effectively, allocating resources to support HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, including strategic HR planning and policy development.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Pakistan.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective HR strategies.
- Change management experience is a plus.
