Job Description:

As a Dyeing Production Head at STYLE TEXTILE, you will play a key role in executing shift production targets, ensuring critical shade decisions are finalized, and overseeing the process to obtain recipes from the lab. Your responsibilities will include:

• Shift Production Management: Execute shift production targets according to plan, ensuring efficiency and productivity are maintained at all times.
• Shade Decision Finalization: Work closely with the lab to finalize critical shade decisions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in dyeing processes.
• Issue Identification and Correction: Conduct regular audits on dyeing floors to identify issues and lead corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards.
• Collaboration with Maintenance and Engineering Teams: Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve critical issues, escalating when necessary to minimize production downtime.
• Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for technical tasks, including shade matching, parameter control, and overall dyeing processes, to enhance the skills of production engineers and operators.

Ideal Profile:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Textile Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of production floor management experience. Alternatively, candidates with a Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) and 10-12 years of experience in dyeing production will also be considered.
• Strong Problem-Solving and Execution Skills: Demonstrate the ability to identify issues, develop effective solutions, and execute plans with precision and efficiency.
• Leadership Skills: Display strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve production targets and uphold quality standards.
• Basic Proficiency in IT Skills: Have a basic understanding of IT tools such as MS Word, Excel, and email writing to effectively communicate and document production-related information.
