Position: Assistant Manager Accounts – Reporting & Budgeting Company: Master Group of Industries Location: Gulberg, Lahore
Responsibilities:
As Assistant Manager Accounts – Reporting & Budgeting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of monthly accounts and reports, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining accuracy in all relevant account details.
- Conducting thorough evaluation of stock, ensuring meticulous valuation and compliance with accounting standards.
- Verifying payable vouchers to maintain precise records of financial transactions.
- Ensuring accurate deduction of withholding taxes and timely deposit of withheld taxes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Performing cash reconciliation and generating payment reports to monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
- Managing supplier accounts in the system, maintaining clear and updated records of financial interactions.
- Preparation of quarterly statements under section 165, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Maintaining accounting records in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and taxation laws.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- MBA, ACCA, or CA Inter qualification.
- Relevant experience of 2-4 years in accounting and financial management.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
