At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in Sales/Business Development
Job Description:
- Lead Business Development Activities: Oversee all business development initiatives for UCS South Region.
- Strategic Growth: Drive strategic growth with the aim of increasing business and establishing robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- New Franchises: Identify and onboard new franchises as part of business development efforts.
- Brand Presence: Enhance UCS’s presence in the Southern region and act as the face of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and implement effective business development strategies to achieve growth objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential franchise partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close new franchise agreements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Skills and Competencies:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
