Key Responsibilities: As a Visual Merchandiser at ChaseValue, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our stores. Here are some key responsibilities associated with this exciting position:

1. Creative Visual Merchandising Strategy: Define, design, and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy in collaboration with merchandisers and branch retail operations.
2. Thematic and Eye-catching Displays: Create visually appealing thematic displays showcasing the latest collections, promotions, festive themes, and seasonal trends. Capture the customer’s attention and encourage exploration throughout the store.
3. Staff Training and Collaboration: Train and collaborate with store staff to effectively implement visual merchandising strategies. Ensure the team is well-equipped to maintain the visual standards set by the company.
4. Cross Merchandising Awareness: Demonstrate awareness of cross-merchandising techniques, including category linking, color blocking, print themes, and style variations.
5. Market Research: Conduct thorough research on customer lifestyle, demographics, design trends, display preferences, consumer behavior, and competitor workflows. Stay ahead of industry trends to keep our displays fresh and engaging.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Degree in SCM or Relevant Field: A degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, providing a solid foundation for effective visual merchandising.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 Years: Ideal candidates should have 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar role, particularly in the retail fashion industry. This experience ensures a deep understanding of the nuances of visual merchandising in a dynamic retail environment.
