Position: Business Development Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed time and action plans for product assortment and development.
- Monitor and update assortment plans based on market trends and consumer demands.
- Analyze sales performance by article and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage branch displays to ensure the implementation of approved merchandising strategies.
- Conduct branch visits for customer interaction and feedback on product quality and assortment.
- Develop seasonal competitor analysis reports and share insights with management and the team.
- Provide weekly reporting to management on plan delivery variances and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors’ activities.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of working experience in a similar role, especially in merchandising.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan (Head Office)
