The Role:
As an Export Executive at Sapphire, you will be at the forefront of our international business operations, facilitating the export of our premium textile products to markets around the world. Your responsibilities will include:
- Export Operations: Oversee the end-to-end export process, from order placement to shipment, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery to customers worldwide.
- Documentation: Manage all export documentation meticulously, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth clearance at ports of entry.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with international clients and partners, serving as a responsive and reliable point of contact for inquiries, orders, and feedback.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of global market trends, competitor activities, and trade regulations, providing insights and recommendations to optimize export strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other logistics partners to optimize freight rates, transit times, and delivery schedules, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
Qualifications:
We are seeking candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in international trade principles and practices.
- Prior experience in export operations or international business, with a keen understanding of export documentation, logistics processes, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages being an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to resolving challenges and driving continuous improvement.
