Job Description:

As a Senior Area Sales Manager, you will be entrusted with several key responsibilities aimed at driving sales growth and ensuring operational excellence within the designated area. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets within your designated area. Your ability to identify opportunities and navigate market dynamics will be critical to success.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to your team to foster a high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales goals.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and partners in the area. Your interpersonal skills and strategic networking efforts will be instrumental in driving business growth.
  • Merchandising Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the merchandising team to ensure proper product assortment and display in stores. Your insights and collaboration will contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience and maximizing sales potential.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee day-to-day retail operations within the area, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Monitor store performance and take proactive measures to address any operational challenges or opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to the senior management team. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights will inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fashion retail industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and leading teams to success.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and sound decision-making capabilities are essential for this role.
