Job Description: As a Deputy Manager – Weaving, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our weaving production process. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various aspects of weaving production to meet our quality and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Production Planning and Control: Plan and control production activities in the weaving department to maximize machine efficiency.
- Maintenance Liaison: Collaborate with the weaving maintenance team to ensure machines are in optimal working condition.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that fabric quality meets our established standards.
- Team Utilization: Effectively manage and utilize your team, identifying and addressing their training needs.
- Looms Planning: Plan and arrange raw materials for the weaving process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering (BSc Textile Engineering).
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Weaving Production.
