Role Description:
As a Dealer Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Driving customer retention and satisfaction by ensuring that dealerships maintain a customer-focused approach.
- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company standards regarding visual merchandise, product portfolio, and staff training.
- Advising dealers on how to enhance their shops/showrooms to meet desired standards.
- Aligning dealer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and providing dealers with information on new product features and functionalities.
- Proactively identifying dealer needs and maintaining positive engagement.
- Responding to dealer queries promptly and effectively through various communication channels.
- Analyzing dealer feedback on product ranges and new releases, and preparing relevant reports.
- Conducting product tests, evaluating after-sales and support services, and facilitating improvements.
- Documenting processes, technical issues, dealer feedback, and complaints for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate in Marketing or Business Management.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with a background in banking or telecom.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Locations:
This position is available in multiple cities including Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujrat, Bahawalpur, and Hyderabad.
