- Developing and implementing facility management policies and procedures.
- Planning and executing facility improvement projects as needed.
- Monitoring and optimizing energy and resource consumption.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and cost control.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
