Position: Floor Manager Location: Islamabad

Role Brief:

As a Floor Manager at SAPPHIRE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Customer Experience:
    • Ensure an enhanced customer experience in line with organizational guidelines.
    • Build and maintain strong rapport with existing and potential customers.
  2. Store Operations:
    • Manage daily store operations to meet organizational standards.
    • Implement and uphold Brand Experience Guidelines to create a cohesive and inviting shopping environment.
  3. Inventory Management:
    • Oversee inventory management according to given guidelines.
    • Ensure accurate stock levels and prevent stockouts.
  4. Safety and Security:
    • Guarantee the safety and security of the store and its assets.
    • Implement effective measures to mitigate risks.
  5. Visual Merchandising:
    • Understand and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines on the floor.
    • Create visually appealing displays to attract and engage customers.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Floor Manager/Assistant Manager in a renowned fashion brand.
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a positive attitude.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, emphasizing innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
