Position Overview: Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Qualification: BBA or MBA (Supply Chain)
Experience: 5-7 Years (Textile Industry preferred)
Expertise: Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations
Location: Nooriabad, Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities: As a Warehouse Manager at Soorty Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Inventory Management: Efficiently manage the company’s inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Logistics: Coordinate and streamline logistics processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Supply Chain Operations: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations to meet organizational goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse professionals to achieve performance targets.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product integrity.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on warehouse and logistics performance for management review.
Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A BBA or MBA degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates from the textile industry.
- Expertise in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
