Eligibility:

Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in a Customer Relationship role.
  • Fresh graduates from a reputable university with high academic records can also apply.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from a reputable university.
  • Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong empathy and active listening skills.
  • Basic interpersonal and marketing skills.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their banking needs and inquiries.
  • Educate customers on Islamic banking products and services, ensuring they are well-informed.
  • Assist customers in opening accounts and provide guidance on account management.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, striving to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Premium Banking team to achieve branch sales targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with Islamic finance principles and Meezan Bank’s product offerings.
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
