Role Overview

As a Customer Relation Officer (CRO), you’ll be the frontline ambassador for patient admissions and financial coordination. Your role ensures smooth onboarding, transparent communication, and meticulous record-keeping—directly impacting patient trust and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Onboarding:

  • Guide attendants humbly through admission processes and room category expenses.

  • Maintain patient files, advance payments, and day-care procedure reminders.

• Financial Coordination:

  • Document expenses in passbooks, floor registers, and digital systems.

• Administrative Excellence:

  • Manage patient shifting logs, case files, and stationary inventory.

  • Execute thorough shift handovers and archive registers for 6+ months.

• Compliance: Ensure 100% accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Qualifications & Competencies

Education

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc).

Experience

• 2+ years in customer service roles at hospitals, hotels, or high-volume service environments.

Skills

• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in hospital software/data entry (training provided).

• Communication: Fluency in English (written/spoken) and polished telephone etiquette.
