**Job Summary**
Dr. Ziauddin Hospital is looking for a **Customer Relation Officer (CRO)** to join their team at the **North Nazimabad Campus**. The CRO will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient admission processes, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a **Customer Relation Officer**, your duties will include:
– **Patient Admission & Documentation:**
– Handling patient admissions professionally and courteously.
– Completing patient file procedures and collecting necessary advances.
– Providing expense details based on room categories.
– **Financial & Record Management:**
– Collecting cash payments for advances, daycare procedures, etc.
– Entering patient information into the system and maintaining passbooks and floor registers.
– Managing the shifting register and ensuring proper patient transfers.
– **Administrative Duties:**
– Maintaining case sheet covers and handling patient affairs stationery.
– Ensuring proper shift handover and retaining registers for at least six months.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
To be successful in this role, you should have:
– **Computer Proficiency:** Ability to handle hospital management software.
– **Communication Skills:** Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent telephone etiquette.
– **Professionalism:** Punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
– **Teamwork:** Cooperative and capable of working independently when needed.
**Eligibility Criteria**
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree.
– **Experience:** Minimum **2 years** of experience in a **hospital or hotel** in a similar role.
