Position: Content Strategy, HR Engagement & Culture Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Communication Plans: Develop and implement internal communication plans that encompass audience understanding, consistent content delivery, and enhanced brand visibility.
- Creative Writing: Use your creative prowess to craft engaging and impactful content that resonates with our internal audience.
- Social Media Management: Drive our social media presence by managing content and interactions that reflect our culture and values.
- Project Management: Capably handle projects related to HR engagement and culture initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic work environment, contributing to a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
- Communication Skills: Showcase excellent communication skills, paying attention to detail, and maintaining a results-oriented mindset.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism or Communication.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant fields (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
- Proficient in Creative Writing and Social Media Management.
- Capable of Project Management.
- Adaptable with Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
