Job Title: Operations Manager – FSD

Location: Faisalabad (FSD)
Job Role: As an Operations Manager in Faisalabad, you will be a key player in the operational planning and execution of Leopards Courier’s services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the area’s costing, service strategies, and operational planning.
- Establishing and leading the operations team, allocating resources to achieve operational objectives, targets, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Ensuring the timely completion of critical operational tasks, primarily linked to operations KPIs.
- Overseeing the smooth and timely handling of inbound shipments, including receipt, processing, on-route management, delivery, debriefing, and status updates.
- Ensuring the flawless and safe handling, as well as daily reconciliations, of cash related to pickups, deliveries, and express center collections.
Job Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A strong operational background with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective team and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- A positive attitude towards challenges and problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree.
