Job Overview:
As an Auto Workshop Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop. Your responsibilities will include initiating IRs (Internal Requisitions), processing invoices, maintaining documentation and vehicle records, and handling insurance cases. You’ll be at the forefront of our workshop activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- Relevant Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required, preferably with a background in mechanical engineering. Experience in an automotive workshop setting is highly advantageous.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with ERP systems is essential for effective documentation and data management.
- Driving Expertise: As an integral part of the role involves interaction with vehicles, candidates must be proficient drivers with a valid license.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preference given to candidates with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
