Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identifying and acquiring new clients such as corporate offices, co-working spaces, interior designers, architects, and distributors.
- Market Research: Conducting in-depth research to analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitors’ offerings to tailor your approach.
- Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations: Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of Master’s premium office furniture, focusing on meeting specific client needs.
- Business Development Activities: Engaging in field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiation: Handling pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules in coordination with internal teams.
- Brand Representation: Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility and market presence.
- Record Keeping: Using CRM tools to maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and business progress.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education: A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in business development or field sales, preferably in the furniture or office supplies industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and apply findings.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities.
- Experience in sales presentations and product demonstrations.
