Role Description:
As the Manager Group Accounts at Master Group of Industries, your role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and compliant financial management of our group companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of annual accounts for group companies in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Analysis of financial statements for all companies within the group.
- Communication and explanation of accounting and financial reporting issues, including IFRS and SME Standards.
- Managing interactions with external auditors.
- Developing new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and updating existing ones.
- Conducting various group committee meetings.
- Coordinating with stakeholders across the group for the preparation and presentation of information.
- Preparing and submitting SECP filings for the group in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with SECP rules and regulations.
- Maintaining all supporting documentation for SECP filings.
- Preparing and submitting responses for SECP letters.
- Supervising corporate matters and maintaining all statutory records.
Qualifications and Experience:
- CA Finalist or CA Qualified.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience for CA Qualified or 3-4 years for CA Finalist.
