Role Description: As the Manager Talent & Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s talent strategies and enhancing employee engagement across the group of companies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end Performance Management Process across our companies.
- Driving Employer Brand activities at campuses and on Social Media to attract top talent.
- Implementing Recruitment Policy and digital tools for Recruitment across the group.
- Managing the employee life cycle from Onboarding to Development.
- Leading all Employee Communication across the group and managing its Social Media presence.
- Planning and organizing Employee Engagement events in collaboration with HR Business Partners.
- Designing and implementing Talent Management plans, including Succession Plans and Career paths.
- Designing and delivering Reward & Recognition strategies across the companies.
- Conducting annual Training Need Assessments in partnership with HR Business Partners.
- Designing and implementing Training Plans for each business in consultation with HOD.
Qualifications:
- MBA in HR/MHRM or equivalent
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in talent management and employee engagement.
