Position: Assistant Manager Sales (South Region)
- Location: Regional Office South – Karachi
- Department: Sales
- Minimum Experience Required: 3-5 years in the Auto Industry (OEM)
- Education: BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputable business school

Job Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Manager Sales for the South Region, your responsibilities will include:
- Business and Revenue Growth: Develop and evaluate plans to drive business and revenue growth in alignment with MG Motors’ organizational objectives.
- Market Expansion Initiatives: Research, plan, and execute new initiatives to expand market presence in the region.
- Dealer Financial Projections: Develop financial projections and goals for dealers, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners while actively seeking opportunities to establish new partnerships.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to business strategy by providing insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Market Research & Analysis: Strong ability to research and analyze market conditions to inform business strategies.
- Business Planning: Expertise in creating and executing business plans that align with organizational goals.
- Relationship Building: Proven experience in building and maintaining successful business relationships with clients, partners, and dealers.
- Financial Projections: Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and goal-setting.
- Presentation & Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
