🎯 Role Impact
As Assistant Manager – Paint Shop, you’ll ensure flawless vehicle finishes at our Lahore plant. Your expertise will directly impact quality, efficiency, and brand reputation by leading critical painting operations for MG’s next-generation vehicles.
🔧 Core Responsibilities

| Support Paint Manager in planning & coordination | Ensure compliance with environmental/safety standards |
| Train technicians on best practices | Optimize material usage & reduce waste |
⚙️ Qualifications & Skills
Education

Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree or DAE (Mechanical/Automotive/Chemical).
Experience

8–10 years in automotive paint shops (major paint booth experience essential).
Technical Mastery

🎨 Paint Process Expertise: Primers, basecoats, clearcoats, curing systems.

⚡ Systems Knowledge: Electrostatic applications, humidity control, VOC compliance.

📊 Lean Manufacturing: Proven 5S/Kaizen implementation.
