Job Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager – Maintenance (Weld Shop), your responsibilities will include:
- PLC Programming: Deep knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming.
- Laser Robot Operation: Experience in operating Laser Robots for manufacturing operations.
- Welding Transformers: Expertise in the maintenance and operation of welding transformers.
- Pneumatics & Jigs: Handling pneumatics jigs and troubleshooting associated systems.
- Instrumentation Control Circuits: Understanding and managing instrumentation control circuits in the welding shop.
- Maintenance Planning: You will manage equipment maintenance, plan necessary tooling and fixture management, and ensure the smooth operation of the weld shop.
- Team Management: Leading and supervising a team to ensure efficient operations.
- Emergency Maintenance: Adaptability to handle shift work and respond to emergency maintenance needs as they arise.
Key Skills:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Excellent maintenance planning skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance, tooling, and fixture management.
- Ability to handle both scheduled and emergency maintenance needs.
- Adaptability to shifts and flexible working conditions.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in a relevant field. Automobile experience will be given preference.
- Qualification: B.Sc. Electrical/Electronics from a recognized institution.
