🎓 Required Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Education:
  • BE (Mechanical) or Industrial Manufacturing degree.
• Experience:
  • 7-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As the Deputy Manager – QE, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting root cause analysis of production, process, parts, and vehicle technical issues to ensure operational efficiency and quality.
• Managing and maintaining weld body accuracy, ensuring achievement of defined accuracy targets through planned audit-based activities.
• Performing and maintaining team inspections for CKD parts, ensuring alignment with departmental targets.
• Delivering effective solutions to technical issues and maintaining detailed problem reports.
• Sharing summaries with the technical team and OEM principals to ensure that solutions are well-documented and tracked.
