Nishat Apparel, a leading textile and fashion company in Pakistan, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Marketing. As an Assistant Manager Marketing, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing efforts of our company and assisting in the development and execution of marketing strategies. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity to learn and grow in the field of marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing plans, including advertising, promotions, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, design, and production, to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives.
- Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the execution of marketing projects and events.
- Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitor activities to contribute to product development and brand positioning.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget and tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and social media management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in Lahore, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
