As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to drive operational efficiency and business growth. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about data analysis and business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather data to analyze business processes, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Develop business models, process flows, and data models to represent current and future states.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the feasibility and impact of proposed changes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new business initiatives and strategies.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and identify areas of improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the business.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support the implementation of new systems and enhancements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to work in Karachi, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
