What We’re Looking For: As an Assistant Brand Manager at Fauji Foods, we seek individuals who are driven by a passion for brand building and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with a track record of successful brand management initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or MBA degree in business or marketing discipline, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing principles and strategies.
Job Responsibilities: As part of our dynamic marketing team, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic brand plans to drive brand awareness, market share, and consumer loyalty.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and advertising, to ensure alignment of brand strategies and objectives.
- Managing brand budgets and resources effectively to optimize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating brand performance metrics, including sales data, consumer feedback, and brand health indicators, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Leading brand activation campaigns and promotional activities to engage consumers and enhance brand visibility across multiple channels.
