Position: Territory In Charge Company: BSP Reporting to: Area Sales Manager Location: Lahore Contract Type: Permanent
Key Accountabilities: As a Territory In Charge at Packages Group, your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Targets: Achieving monthly sales targets for the assigned area through effective planning and execution.
- Market Orders: Obtaining orders from the market on a daily basis to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering the desired products and services and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Business Opportunities: Identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities through regular market visits and proactive engagement with customers.
- Sales Performance: Enhancing sales and collection performance in the assigned area to drive revenue growth.
- Reporting: Writing sales reports as required to provide insights and updates on sales activities and performance.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- BS/BBA/B.Com with 4-5 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite for data analysis and reporting.
