Key Responsibilities & Duties

As the Assistant Manager Quality Control Sewing, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our denim garment production during the night shift. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop & Implement Quality Management Plan: Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive quality management plan tailored to our apparel manufacturing processes.
  • Effective Interaction: Collaborate closely with production, industrial engineering, and external quality assurance teams to maintain seamless communication and alignment on quality standards.
  • Performance Management: Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance the performance of the quality control (QC) team under your supervision.
  • Process Control Checkpoints: Establish and maintain rigorous process control checkpoints to uphold the integrity and consistency of our garment production.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: BSc in Textile Engineering in Apparel Manufacturing or equivalent Masters degree.
  • Work Experience: Demonstrated experience of 2 to 3 years in Denim Garment Quality Control Sewing, showcasing your expertise in maintaining quality standards within the apparel industry.
