Job Title: Senior HR Officer (ERP)

We are currently seeking a dynamic corporate professional to join our team on a contract basis in the role of Senior HR Officer (ERP).
Position Criteria:
- Master’s degree in Business (HR), or a related field.
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite (R-12) with hands-on experience in HRMS modules, including Core HR, Absence, Self-Service, and Payroll.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with excellent expertise in MS Excel.
- Preference will be given to candidates with Oracle EBS (R-12) Certification.
Job Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage end-to-end Oracle HRMS projects, providing support to a multi-disciplinary team to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct unit and system-level tests and ensure actual results align with expected outcomes.
- Identify discrepancies in data entries by HRIS staff of HQ/SBUS and oversee necessary amendments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with the line manager to find effective solutions.
- Analyze data to extract valuable insights for informed decision-making.
