Position: Assistant Manager Talent and Culture
As the Assistant Manager Talent and Culture at Ismail Industries Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and driving talent acquisition initiatives. You will collaborate with diverse teams to attract top talent and cultivate a positive work environment where employees can thrive and excel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and employer branding, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates who align with our organizational values and objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent to Ismail Industries Limited.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives that foster a positive work culture.
- Partner with department heads to identify talent gaps, succession planning opportunities, and training needs to support organizational growth and development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
