Position: Assistant Manager Finance (Accounts Payable)
Type: Full-time
Experience: At least 2-3 years, preferably in large manufacturing firms
Education: MBA/ACCA/ACMA/CA Finalist
Responsibilities
As the Assistant Manager Finance (Accounts Payable), you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the accounts payable functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing and verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Managing vendor relationships and resolving any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Monitoring accounts payable aging and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Generating reports and providing insights to management regarding accounts payable performance.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a large manufacturing firm.
- Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field. MBA/ACCA/ACMA/CA Finalist qualifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
