What We’re Looking For: As an Assistant Manager Internal Audit at Fauji Foods, we seek individuals who embody our core values of integrity, excellence, and innovation. The ideal candidate should possess:
- CA Fresh Qualified certification.
- CIA/CISA certification would be an additional advantage, reflecting a commitment to professional development and expertise in internal audit practices.
- Prior experience in internal and/or external audit, including articles from Big 4 firms, providing a solid foundation in auditing principles and methodologies.
Job Responsibilities: As part of our dynamic team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop audit plans, execute audit procedures, and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
- Evaluating the adequacy of risk management practices and recommending strategies to mitigate emerging risks.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of audit findings, conclusions, and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Providing insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
