Position: Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively implement and achieve sales and distribution plans and targets for all PepsiCo products within the Larkana region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other key stakeholders to drive sales growth and market penetration.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience of 10-15 years in a similar role in the FMCG industry, preferably in beverages.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in sales or marketing.
  • Strong market knowledge of the Larkana region, including understanding of customer preferences and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
