Position: Lead Localization Location: Karachi Required Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Required Experience: 4-6 years in localization – especially packaging

Job Responsibilities: As a Lead Localization at Lucky Motor Corporation, you will play a key role in the development and localization of various components, including Packaging Material, Data Cables, Mobile Chargers, and other SKD components. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical inputs and support for the local development of packaging materials and electronic components.
- Coordinating and following up with LMC Supply Chain Local Procurement team for vendor registration, NDA agreement proceedings, and facility visits for vendor evaluation.
- Leading and overseeing the localization of multiple components, models, and SKUs concurrently, ensuring timely results.
- Following up on Purchase Requisitions in SAP for the development of SKD parts and components, and liaising with LMC Supply Chain procurement for PO issuance to vendors.
- Maintaining constant communication with vendors and the LMC Supply Chain Local Procurement team to obtain necessary documentation and approvals.
