Chal University School of Tech (CUTECH) is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Admissions. This role supports the Head of Department (HOD) Admissions in implementing admission systems and managing daily operations.
Position: Assistant Manager Admissions
Responsibilities:
- Implement Admission Strategies: Execute marketing and promotional strategies to support lead generation and expand the application pool.
- Coordinate Campus Visits: Organize and manage campus visits, open houses, and information sessions to engage prospective students.
- Prospective Student Communication: Provide information and support to prospective students through effective communication.
- Social and Digital Media Management: Assist in monitoring and coordinating social and digital media platforms for admission campaigns, lead compilations, query responses, and follow-ups as directed by HOD.
- Database Management: Maintain and manage the admissions database to ensure a streamlined process and efficient data management.
- Data Analysis: Analyze admissions data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
- Coordinate Assessments: Prepare, administer, and schedule aptitude tests, interviews, and assessments for admissions.
- Generate Offers: Issue offers to successful candidates based on established criteria.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling undergraduate/graduate admissions.
