Position Overview:
As a Senior Officer – Engineering, you will be a key contributor to our mission of delivering high-quality pharmaceutical products. You will use your engineering expertise to support our operations and ensure the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in the training and development of junior engineering staff.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
