Position Overview: Assistant Manager Admin & HR

As Assistant Manager Admin & HR, you will be responsible for various key accountabilities, including sound knowledge of ERP software, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, and managing day-to-day HR and administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sound knowledge of ERP software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Recruitment, human resource management, administration, performance management, compensation and wages structure, employee classification, employment law, vendor finalization, government issues, fleet management, security guard deployment, and payroll finalization.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:

  • Graduate degree, MBA in HRM preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HRM and administration.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

General Requirements:

  • Own conveyance and residence near DHA Phase 8 preferred.
  • Both genders are encouraged to apply.
