Are you a proactive individual with experience in retail construction and a knack for problem-solving? Eastgate Industries is seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our team in Lahore. If you have 2-4 years of experience in the retail construction segment and possess excellent communication and coordination skills, we want to hear from you.
Position: Maintenance Officer
Education: Graduation/Masters or Equivalent
Location: Lahore
Essential Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in the retail construction segment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and managing Complaint Construction Portal.
- Excellent coordination skills.
Job Scope: As a Maintenance Officer at Eastgate Industries, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Handling and resolving complaints received from retail shops (under construction) through the Complaint Construction Portal.
- Assigning complaints received from construction shops to respective team members.
- Making follow-ups and ensuring complaints are resolved within the stipulated timeline.
