Education: Graduation/Masters or Equivalent

Location: Lahore

Essential Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in the retail construction segment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and managing Complaint Construction Portal.
• Excellent coordination skills.

Job Scope: As a Maintenance Officer at Eastgate Industries, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Handling and resolving complaints received from retail shops (under construction) through the Complaint Construction Portal.
• Assigning complaints received from construction shops to respective team members.
• Making follow-ups and ensuring complaints are resolved within the stipulated timeline.
