• Masters in Accounting/Business or any relevant field from an HEC-recognized or international institute.
• Professional Qualification/Certification would be a plus, such as ACCA, CA, CIA, CICA, etc.

Experience:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field.

Job Description:
As a Manager – Business Risk Review at Al Baraka Bank, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and managing risks associated with business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting risk-based audits and reviews of business, risk management, and trade operations.
• Identifying and evaluating risks associated with unit processes and developing audit programs to achieve desired audit assurance levels.
• Managing audit plans and supervising various audit activities to ensure assignments are completed within approved timelines.
• Utilizing expert skills in auditing techniques, accounting, and management principles.
• Identifying weaknesses and inefficiencies in different functional areas and suggesting improvements.
• Conducting detailed reviews of working papers, drafting Internal Audit Reports, and ensuring accuracy in audit work performed by staff.

Core Competencies:

• Knowledge of Islamic Banking with exposure to risk management and trade operations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
