Role & Responsibilities: As the Assistant Manager – Accounts, you will play a vital role in managing our Accounts department efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently managing the Accounts department, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
  • Proficiently handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Conducting internal audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Designing and implementing internal and external systems in line with company policies and standards.
  • Addressing daily queries from suppliers, vendors, and debtors regarding accounts, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes on a daily basis to maintain financial stability.
  • Overseeing bank transactions and export-related documentation and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in accounting.
  • Minimum Masters degree in Accounts/Finance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.

Location: Ahsanabad, Super Highway, Karachi.
