Job Title: Procurement Manager
Responsibilities:
As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Monitoring market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Overseeing the procurement team and providing leadership and guidance to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
